Can see thru here to the garage.

Well, received some feedback from AllState Insurance.

Damages will be covered IN FULL! Yay...

For the Structural Damages, my particular limits are up to $32k due to the size of this dwelling. + an additional 20% will be given for the repaires. YES!!!!
Will use one of their Contractors for the repairs since, BOTH of them worked together and came to an agreement on prices.

So new garage, and new Guest House (interior wise) is on the way. They are talking about starting right after X-mas holiday...

As for the Personal Damages Adjuster and doing inventory yesterday (contents in garage minus my Turbo Wagon and Accord Coupe) and in addition, the contents in the House itself, will be covered. Adjuster is working on the numbers and will be relaying the amount on friday. Policy Limits for that particular dweilling is max of $225k.
Not even sure to guess at this point. As long as something is given.

For the cars that were in the garage? Well, I sold the 850 Turbo Wagon the same day of the fire.
The 92 Coupe? Still undecided. Although physical/mechanical status appear to be fine, just needs a good steaming cleaning from top to bottom. Currently working on the burned smell interior wise. First off, sprinkled Pet Odor Fresh Scent Arm/Hammer Carpet Powder.
Appears to be absorbing the smell. Also got a heads up from my friend Felipe (JARHEAD293) on something else as well.

So, again, THANK YOU ALL that sent pm's, called me, and replied here for their support!

Things could have been alot worse.

    Thanks again and stay tuned.

    Trev...

Yes under my Home Owners' Insurance (AllState Insurance).

        PARTS you say???

Put it this way, ALL parts I had in the garage were picked up and sent out to be recovered. Meaning, to see if can be salvaged. And yes parts made it or at least the ones of value in my eyes. Sent out to be cleaned and Ozoned.

So, parts are literally brand new OR at least cleaned to the best of the Recovery Teams' ability. Even the pillars and plastic tan interior pieces are "bling bling".

As far as $ wise, Contractor will get paid their amount. May or may not have funds from the payout. Either way, will use towards my Guest House. That home in the particular area is HISTORIC. So will be revitalizing that house. (I have 2 single family home on 1 property).

As for the Personal Damages $ and whatever the payout is, not sure yet. Up to the wifey and I to decide on what will be done.

Hence I was having my Parts 1 and 2 Parts Sale. We were in the midsts of clearing out stuff not needed to remodel the smaller (Guest) house to fully renovate and expand that house.

I have named that coupe the Phoenix because I know it will rise from the ashes!

Glad things are looking better insurance wise for you Trev, Let me know if you need me to come by and help out with anything. I could use the outing as an excuse to get away from the house since the kids are gonna be outta school and the wife'll be home for the next 2 weeks as well .

Happy to hear no one was hurt! That's the important part. Everything else can be rebuilt and cleaned. Hope you end up keeping the Coupe!
