That's kinda the gist that I got from it. I think there are already some AT&T towers bouncing Cingular signal out there...probably not in this area though.

well recently, more than before my phone says Cingular instead of AT&T and i called them about it...and since i have the national plan i dont have to worry about roaming as long as im in my area...so its all good plus i get a better signal in certain places with cingular than at&t eat that you fuckers at AT&T
