ok i havent heard much about RIAA but i need to know how they are catching people...is it the fact that they download, or they share?

does the RIAA care about video files such as like racing videos or just regular ETC videos?

if im not sharing...then will they sue me for downloading?

from wat i heard it doesn't matter if u d/l or sharing they catch u some how some way. i heard some 1 said they catch u thru like spider webs from person 2 person 2 person which makes sense. i stopped d/l tho and it sucks

http://eff.org You can read more info there. From what I understand they are going after people who share files. The reason being, that if there is no one sharing, there is no one downloading either.


I wonder though if they are tracking winmx users too..??

I hadnt heard of it, but i just downloaded it, and it looks good, but I cant register. Im trying to figure out the proxy im behind. So if anyone else uses it, lemme know if it works for you.
