      Im about the same as you lol. I might be a little lighter need to reweigh myself. I just stopped drinking sodas and eating fast food. I cook most of the time anyway just stay away from fatty foods lol. And I do agree there are girls that are TOO skinny. Supermodel skinny girls dont do it for me. Looks like you can break them in half. Plus I dont want bones digging into me when im hittin it lol.

            Yeah I don't think you understand, I don't eat a lot, in fact I eat less then a lot of people I know, and I eat better then most people I know. Those surgerys are extreme and would be extremely dangerous becuase I am diabetic

                trust me, i feel ya. im not diabetic, but my mom is, and both sides of my family are bigger ppl and have histories too. My dad is 6'8 and weighs like 350, but he just looks like a big guy, not a fat guy. However my mom is like 5'3 and i dunno what she weighs, but she was skinny all her life until she had kids. Im only 5'10 and im def way overweight. I used to have a job that required ALOT of walking and lifting. I mustve walked 10 miles/day, easy. I didnt eat much, and what i did, i tried to keep on the healthy side, and i drank nothing but water.

                For anyone, or most ppl, start by cutting sugars. Soda is prob the #1 thing. I cant remember the last time i drank soda at home. i usually only drink it at restaurants. I watch my chocolates and junk food. Im careful about fatty stuff and dairy. the best thing to do is to look at a recent chart that explains how much food of each group you should eat daily, and follow it. It wont seem like alot of food, but with if you have time or ability to get out and at least take a brisk 30 minute walk, you should be on your way.

                It wont be sudden, and you wont be shedding the pounds, but i found that at my old job i had lost about 25 lbs in 3 months.

                I know i dont look like i weigh as much as i do, but it still isnt healthy. Im not as active as i used to be, and i know as soon as i can im joining a local gym/rec center. I figure between 60 minutes/day of walking/running, eating right and "pumping some iron" i might get back on track.

                Its not an excuse, but genes and family history play a big part. If youre destined to get it or cant keep yourself outta range, then it happens. all you can do is work with it and take it as you can.

                As ive gotten older, my worry about the opposite sex looking at me has diminished. I mean i worry what ppl think or say, but not nearly as much as i did back in HS. Same goes for girls. I just cant dig on no super skinny, OC, 120lb girl.....

                I aint diggin on no fat chicks either, but their weight is their own thing...

                  By the #'s I'm significantly overweight... but I work out. I'm 5' 9" 175-180#

                  As far as what I like on a girl, I prefer a little extra weight to one w/not enough. But still within the range of healthy ya knwo

                  I think everyone should strive to reach some standard level of fitness.... you should be able to run a mile... you should have a decent sitting heart rate, cholesterol level etc. But looking good for other people... naww... unless ur not attracting the level of people you want

                    to me, my personal health is what is most important to me. i find myself to be in very good shape. makes me feel good and satisfied. some people tell me i'm a bit skinny, but to each his own right? i'm actually in very good health for my weight. i'm 20 years old, 5'6, and 134lbs. my blood pressure is normal, so is my cholesterol and my heart rate. i've been told my gym teachers, coaches that i'm physically fit for my age and height.

                    as for girls, i've come to realize that no matter the girls weight they never seem to be satisfied. i'm not a fan of big girls, no offense, but for me, i'd want a girl who knows how to take care of herself, if she's a little overweight, that's fine as long as she knows how to take care of herself. that's the main reason.

                        oh for me, uhh I find tons of women attractive ranging from slim(not like a stick) to overwieght by maybe even 50-70 pounds, I go more for the face and the personallity

                            weight should never be an issue. unless your the size i used to be(160lbs 6'). then its about what your perfer. if you like big women then thats cool. its your choice. if you dont, then dont make fun of someone who is big. its wrong. some people cant control the size they are. its something thats in their genes. they can try but most times it ends up being futile.


                            i dont mind a big woman. the body just has to be proportionate. if it looks like you just gained like 300lbs and havent been working on taking care of it then no., no chance. im a small guy. i cant have a woman thats TOO much bigger than me. but then again too small is an issue too. if you weigh like 80lbs and your 5'8", uh...no. lol. i would be afraid of breaking something because i like to play fight
