Insurance companies don't pay off loans, they pay what the car is worth.

Ofcourse. They also tend to pay the blue book value, which may be higher than the actual value. He says the car is junk, but he never said he owes more than the car is worth. Or at least I didn't see it.

Sell the car for as much as you can and have them pay off the rest of the car on the lien title and put that money towards a better car if you wish. That way you wont be payin the loan itll be in their name once you sign that and the title over.

Or get a repoed car if you know them that well with your downpayment on the car that way the banks keep their money and you get the car just keep up with the payments on the car or theyll take it from you and it will go to the next person.

The kid never has any money, but bought a decent Civic. Ergo, he only looked at payments, and not cost.

Esp. after buggering the front end, he's upside down on his loan.

He said he has a good job at some funny name place inc. Dunno if hes gettin money like that, why complain about payment on a car to get him back and forth.

He stated earlier about him having to pay for the car thats not even fast. Which hes thinking about hooking up the car and living above his means. Honestly he should just keep the car get it fixed and never touch another car again as far as modifying it.

He should just use it to get him back and forth and done atleast its reliable. But then again i dont know how can you not miss a front bumper in the road. He told me he also regrets selling his cb and that he wants to put an h22 in his brothers cb.
