I'm going to the doctors office in 10 minutes. The bleeding has stopped, but the spots on my body have gotten nothing but worse. There are a few new ones too.

If you guys don't have an update from me by 12:00pm 11/15/07, then it's safe to assume that I've been sent to the hospital, and that I'll be there for the next few days.

I'm really worried now.

The medicine today can't exactly just cure mrsa, thats why its a biggggg deal to get it.

Right, You can't cure MRSA, it's something that is there all the time dormant, and flare up at random times, usually during high stress or periods of low immune system operation (stress kills immune system).

The reason i'm wondering what yours looks like exactly is because I've had two slightly different types of staff infection in the last 2 months after getting back to college. Antibiotics can't really help an infection in which it's main purpose is anit-antibiotic. Staff is created when certain chemicals in the body directly reject and fight against antibiotics. The problem is that it can then be spread by touch or even through the air.

I did not see a doctor about my staff infections, but the things were verified as definitely staff by my brother, who has a master's in human nutrition, and other people with staff-infection experience.

I treated mine using natural remedies/herbal drawing&healing salve and they were both gone within 1-2 weeks.

I'm definitely not giving you "formal" medical advice because that's illegal, I think. But if you want to know what I did, I'll gladly tell you!

Sorry to hear you might have MRSA.

Might be a reaction to the Abx.(the spots) I am glad to hear you told your MD about that, not too many people do. ( seriously!)

MRSA is a nasty bug to get, but treatable with long term abx.

You are a young healthy person. You will make it out ok.
