    help algebra problem!

    ok so here is another one ...

    1 + (2/x) = (3/x^2)

    any suggestions?

        1 + (2/7) = 3(^2)/7)

        7/7 + (2/7) = 9/7

        9/7 = 9/7

          wait is it x thats squared, or the whole fraction on the right, if its just x, then i'm wrong.

            according to the way he wrote it, it would be just x unless the ^2 was on the outside of the parenthesis.

                          multiply by x square.

                          then rearrange into a quadratic equation

                          u'll get

                          Xsq + 2X - 3 = 0

                          (x-1)(x+3).
