Ok I work for Time warner cable in their call center and deal with getting cussed at by punk ass customers all day. no bug deal. But today I had this guy that is the head of Warner Brothers Entertainment leagal department call up because his technition that was scheduled didn't show up. This pompas dick cussed me up one side and down the other and he was yelling the whole time! read the pole what would you guys/gals do?

Are your calls recorded? If so I would let my immediate supervisor know the date and time of the call so it can be reviewed and get his/her advice on how to proceed.
Supervisors hate being blindsided by things like this and you definitely wanna cover yourself properly.
