So last night I cruise into this bar around 12 am to meet a friend when I see my friends Homie Jacob in there and notice he's trashed.. I tap him on the shoulder and say whats up and then he starts talking all this trash to me and my friend.. He barely talks when he is sober and now he is talking up a storm. I ask if he's driving home and he said yea, and after a couple minutes of him talking shit to me and my lady friend, he says something like if someone and someone got in a fight who would win. I said me, thats when he says you better think that again and starts eye ball f@cking me.. Next thing i know he starts grabbing me and trying to put me in a sleeper hold, so i laugh and get out of it and push him away.. He stands in front of me and said says I better watch out while sticking his arms back while sticking his chin right in the reach of my fist.. Instead of laying this fool out, i just the bouncers handle it because i knew he had liquid courage on his side, and the last thing i need is to be arrested for laying this fool out.. So he eventually leaves the bar and i tell my friends of this event this morning on my way to work.. He just called me and said he had to pick Jacob up from the Police station because he got arrested for a DUI.. I doubt he remembers confronting me last night because he was pretty hammered, but this whole situation could've been avoided if he didn't try to get mouthy with me.. He's learned a lesson the hard way, but hey I tried to help him out, but there is only so much you can do.. He's a smog tech/mechanic thus he needs his license, hey sometimes peeps need to learn the hard way.. Thats my venting haha, be careful out there everyone, if you drink dont drive..

You should've laid him out. That way he gets hurt a little, your fist might get bruised... and nobody's life would be at risk by having him on the road. That club could get shut down if they kicked him out drunk as well. My favorite boss got fired for a similar reason.

I'll have to look up the stats on deaths resulting from drunk driving. I bet there are as many, maybe even more, sober and uninvolved people killed by drunk drivers than the drunk drivers themselves.

I was going to give him a superman punch.. but you never know how they'll fall. Last thing i need is him hitting his head and being charged for manslaughter.. As i said i know the guy and knew he was hammered, guess I thought it was unfair that i had one drink in me compared to his 15..

oh well he got arrested and my friend said he looked like he was going to cry when he picked him up.. Stoopid f@ck could've gotten a ride home from me if he didn't get mouthy.. lol..

That's life...but I think you made a wise decision in not hitting him, and he made a dumb decision in drinking and driving. Thank God no one was hurt and I hope buddy learned his lesson..
