well ive been working at my work for 5 years. 3 of those years i managed.

my last day is today since i start a better job on monday. im sick of customer service and finally im not doing this anymore. i really havnt gotten into major problems with customers resulting into calling my boss so i finally got one today haha.

as a going away present to my boss i already pissed off 2 women who got my name down for being rude and no customer service skills. i never liked them and its my going away present to myself to finally piss them off. i told them to talk to my boss on monday.

customer service suxs ass, esp in health care. i work at a dr's office and ppl bitch at the staff for no apparent reason. somehow alot of ppl see it as the staff's fault if the dr looses something or is running behind. the crap part is you have to be nice and courteous when they are yelling at you.

nah im a dependant well now a civilian worker for the military base. now im gonna start working at a naval hospital for better pay and less stress!
