good point bro. but the massaging thing at qualcomm was voluntary by locals. i planned to voluteer my time there but soo many people were willing to help its unbelievable. everything over there (food, clothes, etc)is donated by locals. we still yet have to see what the government has to offer us. i dont think uncle sam is too kind to give us back massages lol.

NO shit happens. and there was nothing anyone could do to stop it besides for it to rain and we sure in hell can't control that. and we don't even really look at the katrina victims anymore every one is like they are okay. whats next on the news to worry about. this shit happens EVERY day so i am not going to worry myself to death about everyone else becuase i know it is just going to happen agian. and about the check idea. yea money will help but people will find a way 2 rebuild if the people don't give it to them. the goverment will eventually give it to them.

If there was any other state that I would ever want to live besides Arizona, it would definitely be California. Its a beautiful place and I don't think a fire could tarnish that. The weather, the women, the atmosphere, and everything else about it, I don't think fire can take that away.

P.S. No offense to anyone, the only reason I wouldn't want to live anywhere else is cause I freeze my balls off if the temp gets below 50... (even though it does here...)

also my step dad got called in to go help out down there ( he is in the national gaurd) so he had to take the honda so i wont see the 3rd gen for 2-8 weeks

keep in mind that an insurance company is nothing more than an investment trust that actually invests the money you pay to make even more money....yes, obviously to cover claims, but more important to the execs.: make maximum revenue.

if you have an account at an investment group, they will do the same as insurance companies, favor those who are willing to bring more capital to the table.

I didn't say that the poorer people can't have home owners insurance...I stated that they rather focus on their wealthier clients who'll have paid more (Premium) than their poorer counterpart.



The Katrina Disaster is a PERFECT example of this, by the way.

If they pay out, they'll definitely skimp out on 'assessed value vs. Face Value of the property.
