I was unaware that when you sold stuff and deleted your thread so that people would not ask about it that it affected your post count.

Why wouldn't it not affect your post count?

You ARE DELETING it delete to get rid of to throw away to trash to dump no longer there of course it will if it bothers you that much go post in a thread wow problem solved.

that sounds like a good idea. That way people don't try to whore it up on the listings by just saying bump. I have been known to do this from time to time but I usually just delete my last post and paste it back in so my thread goes straight to the top just a little suggestion

All I am saying is threads in other forums are deleted because of just resons like bad mouthing or whoring or thread jacking, etc. so yes that should affect your post count but if your deleting a for sale item that has been sold as a courteous to the other members so they are not mis-informed that it would be nice if it did not affect your post count.

Uhh does one number really mean that much to you? just go post in a thread dude its common sense if you delete a thread your post count will go down

You see before the deleted posts I was over 100 which I was classified as a "member" and after the deleted posts I am now again a "newcomer" It may not mean anything to you. Its just a title but its the point that you get more respect.

i see this type of thread on EVERY forum i visit, funny though, contradictory to popular belief, THE MOST KNOWLEGABLE people dont have as many post as the ones who know nothing(of course this doesnt apply to us....)

Heh, I've been here a couple months longer than you and I don't have 150 posts yet. That's actually just a little sad on my part because I'm on this site all the time.
