youre still not destroying matter, because it is still present, but it is just now present as energy.

conservation of mass and conservation of energy are pretty basic principles.

properties of matter are present....matter itself is not present.

It is not possible in a world with friction and drag because they create a parasitic presence that saps the energy input. We can reduce this with bearings and aerodynamic designs, but when you find a way to completely eliminate friction, let me (and the rest of the world) know. Im sure they would love to hear it. Drag can be dealt with by working in a vacuum.
yeap, I agree with you. Perpetual motions in its own definition is impossible; thus, the supposed closed systems which seem as though they are operating perpetually, must have an unknown and/or undetected energy input which tends to overcome the natural drag forces. Considering this, these machines can be catagorized as open systems.

I think the issue lies with mainstream science which operates as if we have descovered all the forms of energy in existance. If these unknown energies are taken into account, the named perpetual devices would follow the rules of Thermodynamics, rather look like some sort of blasphemous witchcraft.

If you look into the later works of Nicola Tesla, Thomas Townsend Brown, and even the later Tom Bearden and Peter Lindemann, they all describe an etheric source from which to draw energy. The trick is to do reserach about these energies with an objective attitude; we shouldn't expect to describe these anomolies using our current know-how.

im sure the energy output is not much more than what your microwave would use, but that is still a good amount of energy, of course this discovery is amazing, and it will definately lead to greater things.
