Nobody says "bar" around here! 15psi, right?
If you replace all the guts with stock stuff, and run 1 bar... you might last for a while with good tuning... GOOD tuning. At 15psi, you'll easily crack a piston if something goes wrong. The heat alone might do it (so, to be safest, run a larger turbo... no 14b crap! and get a good intercooler!)
Still, if you're going to totally tear down and rebuild the engine, spend the extra for forged internals. Stock sleeves on an F22A will be alright for 15psi and some forged innards, I would think. Above that, a resleeve would be wise.
