It's called Desktop Earth and can be found HERE.
It updates every five minutes. You can enable it to update the cloud cover so it is accurate according to the actual weather (three hour delay). The light pattern will change according to the time of year (longer days in southern hemisphere now) as will the actual map itself. In winter we should see a snow covered Canada, whereas now it's mostly green.
