Sprained my damn wrist today...

I don't think anything broke... I'm gonna get my dad to check it out tomorrow.

I was biking and practicing skid stopping... front end got wobbly, I landed on my right hand. I really need brakes

Anyone sprain their wrist before? How long did it take to heal? What sucks is I'm prob. goin out tonight, so no aspirin... I wrapped it though, and it def. feels better

I sprained so many joints in my body its ridiculous. Recovery time depends on how severe it was and your body's ability to heal.

strained my thumb during a bboy practice. took about 2 weeks to at least put pressure on my hand.

its all good now, i can break on my finger tips now.

I usually get away with out a sprain, but i sure as hell roll one of my ancles at least twice a month. lol.

Mine usually take about 3 days to heal, probably less if I'd stay off of them. But yeah it all really depends on how bad it is, how you take care of it, and your body's ability to heal.

I have it bandaged, and I'm icing it every 3 hours. I should prob. take aspirin, but I think I'm gonna be drinking tonight. It hurts more now though, I think I'm gonna stay in

Its probably not recomended but I take a mix of whatever painkillers and anti-inflametories I can find.

healing always depends on how your blood circulates and how your immune system acts. it differs from everybody.

edit : i have sprained my left wrist once, it took me about 5 days for it to heal.
