    intgera engine swaps

    hey, it might be a dumb question, but can i throw a h22a into a 96 integra? if not, tell me what can go in there for about $2500.

            My friend just swaped in a CR-V (yes the suv) engine into his teg. Fucking hauls major ass.

              I believe Hasport makes kits... They run about $500, and some custom fab work has to be done. It's not impossible... quite common, actually. Midnight is right though, B18 is best... B18C5 specifically... Almost as much torque, and as much HP as the H22.

              H22 in an integra would give you some handling issues... Great for drag, but an H22 in a teg would NEVER handle like an H22 in a CB7. A good suspension kit would compensate somewhat, but throw that same kit on the CB and it'll be far better.

                  i agree, go b18c5, if u got the money tho....they can get pretty pricey. a b20 is a great alternative.
