Just bought a house!

Well, after looking and looking and looking, My wife, son, and I bought a house. We were being very pickey on what we wanted and finally found something. We looked at so many "pre-owned" houses that were about 10 years old and on a wim we decided to check out a new Pulte Homes community and signed the papers. They are going to start digging the foundation in about 3 weeks! The funny thing is, we get a brand new 4BR house (about 2100 Sq Ft) for about the same price as the 10 year old houses that we were looking at! I am so stoked!

yeah i found out that buying a new home is acually same or cheaper than buying a used one!

my cousin just bought a house brand new just moved in a new area, driveway not even finished yet and he sold his old house MORE than his new one and acually had the new one paid off!

new house? is bigger, bigger yard, full basement (not finished yet) better neighborhood and cheaper to pay the utitlites.
