Ive always heard about this on TV and wandered about it. "Cialis" commercials refer to "..an erection lasting longer than 4 hours", as Priapism. Apparently its painful

Now...ive never had one that lasted that long, but i cant imagine what would be painful about it.

Yep. What i wanna know is, say you only have an erection for 3 hours, and its not painful..hell if youre doing porn and you have one for 4 or more hours, without pain, does that still constitute Priapism

Ive actually learned about that when i went through EMT class. It can also be caused by head injuries(no not that head lol).

I mean i think its painfull because an erection is caused by blood being pumped through the penis so to say and if it becomes trapped some how then the penis stays erect and it can be very painfull.

At least thats how ive read it, im sure im not entirely correct.

i had this the other night. its happened a couple of times before and it kept me up(awake. lol) for a few hours. it gets annoying, but if you ignore it then itll go away.

I experienced this a few times while going enterimg puberty...I think i was maybe 10 or 11 and it hurt so bad I ran I told my mom and grandma (how embarassing huh?) but they couldnt do anything...lasted a couple hours.
