    Venting!

I hate replacing wheel bearings. The last time I vowed never to do it again. This time, I REALLY vow not to do it again. First, I cracked the rotor in half on the press. Two, the aftermarket rotor took about 1/2 hour of fanagling to get over the bearing. Three, I HATE BALL JOINT AND TIE ROD STUDS THAT ROTATE when you try to tighten the nut. Four, had to cut the old bearing race off the hub with an oxyacetylene torch. Arg! The end.

ok.. when the ball joint and tie rod ends turn.. use an impact and push against the ball joint or tie rod end.

damn.. you got a press.. i usually do it by a hammer. takes more time but does the same job !! lol.

TIP: When tightening the lower ball joint nut if you have someone stand on the rotor the nut usually goes on the way it should!
