i know of a quarry although LEGALLY doing this is a different story. the owner is a preacher and doesn't like my earrings and wouldn't even let me put my canoe in to check it out.

it's about 100 ft deep and a i could blow it up with a propane tank pretty easily.

i'm going to seriously look into this. it would be one hell of a reason to get drunk.

This would allow you to kill 2 birds with one stone. You can take care of the car, and you can piss of a narrow minded dick preacher all at the same time.

Sounds like a win win to me.

I dunno, When "we" my family first immigrated to Canada in 92 my dad bought a 86 Taurus. That thing didnt give us any problems at all for 5 years. and then we sold it, So Taurus seem pretty reliable in my book.
Would i EVER, ever, ever get one? NO, its a domestic.

But ya, I wanna see that vid of you getting rid of the Taurus, its gonna be awsome.

Using swamp water as Coolant ftw

there were different engines in them though. the 86 was a totally different generation too.

the 3.8 is solid as far as power output goes for what amounts to a "generic engine" but it had head gasket problems. it also had transmission problems. it just wasn't a great design. mine is a 93 and that's a 14/15 year old car. you're talking about a 6 year old car (86 to 92). that is a big difference. they're one of the more popular cars as far as sales numbers go, but like a lot of domestics, they work out the kinks later than they should and don't catch things that they should. just less refined.

it would also be cool to run it off into quarry full of water.

whatever i do to it, i'll video that. that will be sundance film festival caliber
i say you make a 10 foot snorkel and throw it in that swamp, see how long it runs underwater
