Another thing that has occurred to me... The 1st gen Odyssey is based on the 5th gen Accord. I may make an Odyssey subforum on there. Same motors, probably similar suspension components... Plus, I want one to play with!
Just a thought, though. Might not really happen.

I just made the title graphic... I must say, I like it. Different from the CB7tuner graphic (I didn't make that one) but it has the same effect.

The colors will be black and green, much as this is black and red-orange. Yes, another dark forum. I MIGHT change it to a medium gray, not sure yet.

That's because it doesn't exist yet. Creating a whole new forum isn't exactly a 5 minute process!

I made this thread to get an idea of how many members (or moderators) we could potentially have at launch. It'll be a few days before there is ANYTHING there, and then a few more while we fine tune things (the mods will be involved at that point, probably) I'm hoping next weekend we'll be live.

I don't think there's much of a need for another forum, especially accords. There's forums on everything already.

AD has more information on CD's than any other site I've been to.

Sure, it may not be as friendly as this site, but they don't deal with stupid ass noobs that won't search.

Maybe you should just make an offtopic forum. I mean, that's what it's going to turn into anyways.

It'll be like mycb7.com. A few people went over there. The site sucks. There's no real technical stuff, except the ones they pretty much copied from here. There's no technical threads. Nothing. Just a bunch of pictures and off topic threads.

Eh, we'll see what happens. mycb7.com emerged in the shadow of cb7tuner, so there was already a 4th gen specific forum. AT and AD may have plenty of resources, but they aren't 5th gens only. gen5alive has been reported to be rather lame (I haven't been, so I'm not judging) so I think cd5tuner would have a shot.

Don't forget where cb7tuner got all it's members from initially! AT and AD!

If cd5tuner has the same layout as cb7tuner, there's no reason as to why it shouldn't be a success.

I just hope that the 5th gen guys arent going to abandon this site once cd5 is up and running....i like a lot of the 5th gen dudes...like Hondaguy and shizz....good peoples!!!

But yea the name is cool....it makes sense to start one...there are a lot of 5th gen owners that could use a lot of resources...AT and AD are ok but they are missing a lot of what cb7 represents. Mycb7 got a late start but i like the way its setup.

I think with the format cb7 has, and as long as the dedication is put in just as it was here, it should be hella sucessful.

Once its up, ill start sending 5th gen owners that way.
