video converters for the ipod

if you use a mac (which I doubt) Visualhub is a really good convertor. not free but serials are abundant.

one converter i've used to convert lots of different video formats is SUPER. Has tons of different video and audio profiles to convert. I highly recommend it for its ease.

i use MPEG_Streamclip to convert all videos for my ipod, i think it was free, but as ACC0RD22 said, serialz are everywhere

WinAVI Video converter does almost all formats of files... not too sure about iPod stuff though. never owned one.
