As long as the police in your area have the tracking device, that being said most major citys will have it .

Ive just heard you gotta pay a monthly fee guess not then. Oh yea if it is stolen better get on it quick! As mentioned allows for quick recovery but if you dont get the cops soon enough all you might get in return might be a shell and some seats.
