            i used to weight lift in high school, rather than taking regular gym.

            im short and stocky. i wasnt a big bench fan. i did like 220. go ahead and laugh i no..

            but i used to squat i still like doin it i dont have any weights tho, but i did liek 300 even. in that, and DEAD LIFTIN aka POWER lifting. I FUKIN hate it. with a PASSION

              well for reps 60 reps at 135 an 22 reps at 225. my deadlift is only 500 an i dont squat nothing turns me on about it for some reason i tried 455 only because my boy had a bench shirt today but raw i can hit 405 without the shirt

                              Yeah, you don't want to get built... you'll lose all mobility!




                              I don't know what I'd bench. I'm not all that strong. I can do pushups, so I can lift at least 225! Any strength training I ever did was for fighting. Never really cared about numbers... just needed to be fast, and strong enough for it to count.
