    I do alot of chest, triceps, biceps, etc.....I love working my upper body. I'll train the legs slowly because of the knee. As for sets and reps....I do from 4-6 sets of 10-12 if possible for all muscle groups listed above. depends on which machine I'm using i just choose the weight that feels the most comfy for that specific workout. I actually just came back from the gym....did ALOT of chest, triceps and biceps today with 40 minutes of inclined speed walking on the treadmill. I feel accomplished today

      I bboy and I bench around 285 I want to get like that foo junior from france I can do 3 push-ups on my finger tips just like that foo, that's my max I would like to get up to 315 and call it a day. But damn dude 455 my dad did that back in the day and ronnie colman works for the arlington pd in texas I don't want to get pulled over by him!

        you already on the right track so dont fix something that aint broke but i will make a lil program since you like doing all the stuff that i do i love working my chest, bench press is one of my favorite lifts only cause it seperates the men from the boys. did you try that chest workout or no ?

            i can do a set of 10 with 225, but my best max is 285

                      The thing about squats is you can develop a hell of alot of strength doing them, since they work the largest muscle group in the human body. I'm wondering what the record is, well over 1000 lbs probably???

                          I know the small bar is like 25 or 50 for curls. I forgot the main bar for benching. Goddamn its been too long lol. Yea my numbers are prob off too.
