BMWs are awesome... but the repair costs, and even general maintenance costs, will be quite a shock coming from Honda. Don't assume that because the sticker price is affordable that it stops there! Like Honda, BMW is very sensitive to the proper parts... probably moreso. No Autozone crap is going to make it run right.

As for the RS... meh... I like how they look, but as long as there are turbo Imprezas out there, I wouldn't want NA. Hell, I wouldn't really want a regular WRX, since the STi so overshadows it!



Of course, this is coming from a guy that LOVES the Galant VR-4, and wants a 1st gen Miata. My tastes are... odd.

I prefer 4 dr in all cars, I'm not really a sportscar or sprots coupe kinda guy but I love me some sport sedans. I have also been looking into some type S TL in the similar price range.

you're gonna be in for maintainence cost...my co-worker had to spend 600 for brakes because it had special "sensors" as opposed to 374 for my mom's lexus out the door.
