i just dropped over a G on clothes for school. 9 lacoste shirts at $72.00 a piece.

i've got 6 pairs of polo pants/shorts on the way

$150 in 3 belts
$135 in a pair of sandles
$300 in a pair of shoes.

and i've got the rest tied up in like...stuff that i didn't need.

most schools where I live have uniforms as a monditory thing. its been like that for years. in fact the year after I left my highshool they made it manditory. so I got out just in time. it seems like its mostly schools upnorth that dont have uniforms

Nope no uniforms at our school. I go to a public hs though. They're probaly gonna eventually do it anyway. I'll be long gone by then . Still sucks for us all guys at my school have to keep our shirts tucked in. I hate that crap.

Well there are dress codes and as for uniforms dunno. Our high school was debating it but we signed a petition deal adn that never happened as I recall. But it might not be too bad of an idea since people are wearing less clothes to school everyday hahaha.

I had to wear a dress code at my high school....Couldnt have name brands showing and all the shirts had to be either white or navy blue...and the paints had to khaki or navy blue...

I didnt really follow it though...I had to wear the specific colours but all my shit had name brands showing...as did most peoples...It just had to be small

Blah!! that's nothing at all.. Where I came from we're required to wear uniforms. Public or Private it does not matter. I've been wearing school uniform since kindergarten up to 1st year college. Now that I am here in the USA , Whew! I'm glad I'm out of those uniforms lol. You have to keep those insdie shirt tucked in. Not to wear any kinds of shoes except for black leather ones.
