i dont run after they are behind me, if they are pulling out to catch up to me speeding i book it make some turns pulls some g's a couple twisties and back the car into someones house whos not home lean the seat back play some jams on low and wait.


dont run when they are on your ass, its begging to be fucked.

passing a cop at 100 mph in a 55 and he turns his lights on to pull off, your best bet is to keep going and make a turn (not to fast)

i dont advise running unless you feel it is absolutley necessary, IE: caught redhanded street racing (you know your car is going to get towed and fucked up on the tow truck)

i have ran from a sheriff and got caught, but he got on my ass at 90 and didnt turn on his lights, (trying to get me to slow down) it was night, and i thought it was some asshole trying to run into me or something because they were right up on my ass, so i booked it up to 134 (what he clocked me at before i was out of range, i went around a bend on the edge of traction slowed down and he comes flying around the corner with his lights on....

i ended up with a ticket for 70 in a 55, he originally intended just to slow me down, but since i ran with a logical excuse, he just gave me a small ticket, which he said if i dont get another speeding ticket till court, he will let it go. what a cool cop


so basically, dont run unless your caught racing.

Running is dumb. I knew a guy that got house arrest for 6 months because he was too stupid to look in his mirror. He had a cop following him with his lights on... crossed a county line, and he was immediately set on by 5 cars. Charged with evading police, and he got some nice ankle jewelry to wear for half a year! I'm sure that wasn't his first time in a court, though.


I sort of ran once. I was going about 50 in a 35, and a cop passed me. Pulled a U turn in a bodyshop that I had just passed, and came after me. No lights, so he probably didn't clock me... just wanted to follow. I turned down my friend's street... which I know is a dead end after the third block. So, rather than box myself in, I made the first right turn. As I turn, I see the cop turning on to the street behind me. I go down another block, again, left is a dead end. Right turn again. Again, cop is one turn behind me. I then come back out to the main road, the one where he initially saw me speeding. I thought to myself... "if I turn right and continue in the direction I was going, he'll know I was trying to run..." So I turned left and backtracked. I just let him think I was lost He flew up behind me, whipped on the lights, and launched himself back into that bodyshop parking lot (I believe it's the edge of town).

I Ran once it was a bad situation car was low on gas needed to get to work the next day pulled up to a gas station that lets you pump before you pay and i filled my tank the lady inside came on the com and told me she is waiting for me inside...i said ok mam see u in a few....had my girl start the car... then i jumpe in a hauled ass launching at 3k rpm heading behind the station to my surprise a cop was there parked big ass parking lot behind the station i just continued hauling ass saw the cop turn on his lights made a shsrp left turn then a right then a left then a right turned off my lights and kept driving and saw the cop fly by on a road i passed in my rear view i had on a temp tag so he couldnt run my plate...........................the next incident i was doing 129 in a 55 interstate 275 in tampa was a undercover cop but i pulled over cause there were no exits coming up and i was late to work didnt have time to run....but found a lawyer who can dissmiss all speeding tickets in that county

<-- stole gas from a station where 24/7 police officers rest and eat donuts. In my Cutlass. Ran away as a cop pulled in and parked at a car wash to change plates. I have never actually evaded the police while their lights are on. Once I got pulled over for 70 in a 65 (ticket pending). I told the po-po i wasnt speeding and that I was late to work he didnt buy either. So when I left I acted like I was gonna go on my way. I got far enough maybe about 15 yards. Then I floored it , He was doing his paper work while I was passing cars up. He tried to catch up and clock me but I was doing like 105 and out of range. I pulled in front of a dump trunk over the hill and voila I bust a Left. None the less I still got a greaking ticket

Running from the cops was common for me.. i ran from cops all the time.. for skateboarding! .. lol. we usually skate in groups, so when we see cops we just book it and different directions(this was back at my hometown.. which was small and cops had NOTHING to do)..once my friend got caught and thrown into the car..but the cop let him go with a lecture.. we never wanted to get slapped with a damn ticket.. fuuuuq that.

As for car related running, We used to run from cops all the time when we were out street racing. It was always a scramble, but our races where out in teh middle of nowhere, full of cows and corn fields, and crazy back roads..only way of getting caught was to not try to get away .. we'd get the most 3 sherrif cars rolling out to bust us. but of course they'd get to block in atleast 2 cars, and slap them with some kind of fine.

But once, my friends and i had a small race going with some people .. i'd say there were about 15 of us .. about 10 cops came out to bust us, the most i've ever encountered. Right when a friend of mine did a lil burn out in his mr2 before he lined up to race, a couple of cops came out of a truck(which we thought were just random specators) and pointed thier guns at my friends car .. i automaticly got in my car and fuqin u-turned outta tthere... that's when i see lights ahead of me driving towards me, and blue and reds behind me(behind the race area).. i'm flying down the road towards the lights.. my friend freqin passes me in his MR2.. cuts the corner and spits up hella dust .. i come around that corner and stayed on the road into the heavy dust.. i don't see my friends car anywhere in front of me(he turned off his head lights but i see his brakes as he turned) .. so i do the same... i see flashing lights far behind me.. i take a few turns without hitting my brakes, but engine braking and pulling the ebrake to slow. i pull into an orchard and drive into it for a while .. stop the car and wait .. 20 minutes later i drive to jack in the box to get some food, then back to my friends house.. everyone got out okay .. at least my friends and i did.

Ive never ran from the cops while in my car....Once though me and my friends were fucking wasted and we were at this school throwing stones at a bee hive (ya smart) but the bee hive was right by some school windows and shit so we kinda broke a few windows also...but we saw flashing lights in the parking lot and saw 2 more cops pulling in so we bolted straight into a field.

I lost one of my sandals and one of the guys we were with got caught (not a friend and how dumb was he) he just got a lecture though.

Oh shit...back in my old hood ( short north - Columbus, Ohio ). Summer of 97

this reminds me.....I ran a few times....but I was on foot....( back in my umm..street days )....

I was making some loot...then a couple of cops roll up...me and the other 5 of us just darted in different directions...I ran through an old abandoned apartment...out the back door....and I ran and hid under this old house front porch ( where its got wooden things and a hole )

So I hid in there for a few minutes...crawl out...start to go through the backyard...and I heard tires screeching ..coming around the corner..and I saw lights...so I picked up a rake..and pretended to rake up leaves...like I lived there...these 2 cop cars ran right by me...without even giving a look..

I continued raking them leaves for about 5 minutes..to make it look legit...and I took off...

theres another time ..when I was street racing....and me and this guy was gettng it...then this Columbus Cop car comes out of nowhere...so I hit the ebrake..do a 180...drop it in 1st....floor it...almost blowing my engine..trying to get the most out of my engine....I pull hard....get on I270...doing OVER 120 ...I get off at Cleveland Ave Exit...go down Cleveland Ave ..past Sirens Stripclub...turn down this one street...turn into someones driveway..and shut my car off when I get in their garage ( already open )

Id say ..a couple of minutes later....I see that cop fly past.... So then I see the front porch light come on...and I start my car..and get up and out of that garage QUICK...and I just head home...and parked it for a few days ( that was a CLOSE encounter )

then AFTER that....

shortly after I bought my OLD 77 Mercury grand Marquis.( 460 CID /C6 tranny / Dual exhaust )....I was going down I70 East....and I past a cop going in the opposite direction....I was doing well over 90...( testing it out after I bought it earlier that day )...and he did a U turn...and I just kept the petal down on that heavyweight....got all the way to James Rd...exited off...ran the light...turned down Scottwood...turned down Zettler...turned down another street...and parked in someones backyard.....I dunno..but that cop drove past a couple of times...SLOWLY..but couldn't see the car because it was behind a wooden fence...I was sitting on someones car that was on jackstands

and one last time was sometime last year.... May 2006 ( Port Clinton, Ohio )

I was doing 50 in a 35...trailing my girl's little brother and his cousin in their van....and when I went to pass them... there was a Port Clinton Officer sitting on the side of the road...just chillin...so I hurried up and downshifted..to make a turn...( saw him turn after me )...I pulled down this one street called Fulton...pulled in someone's driveway...fastwalked and sat on the porch....at that very time I was just sitting down...that cop comes turning the corner fast...looking for me... LMAO

I got off the porch...looked down the street...he turned left...and I got in my car...reversed ..doubled back the street I was going down..and went back home!

I tend to think QUICKLY on my feet and when Im driving!

I got a question. If your in Cali (or any where else) but in Cali in particular where they crush street racers cars. If you are not street racing and have the video to prove it do you still get a fine and crushed ? I think that if you do that is some B.S. Then the cops wonder why they get shot for messing with kids

one of my friends has an evo 9 mr with sum work done...pretty quick...350+whp...i have been in the car with him on at least 5 different occasions that he ran from the cops..when they are behind and flip the lights on he down shifts and goes....never got close to getting caught cop cars are slow .....they never came close to catching us....but in my cb i have never tried it.

I tried running once on foot. Didnt work.

Fucking cop sent a k9 out on me and there was no running from that shit.

Dog tackled me and bit down on my leg....i pulled back to punch him in his head( i swear i would have killed that sheppard..i was so mad) and the cop pulled him off me.

left a nice scar...on my left thigh....didnt really hurt...felt like a bad needle...and it was over...fucker ripped through jeans and boxers lol...

As far as in a car im with deev....ive gotten away once because i acted lost kind of.

I was making a left turn with an arrow and you know how if your already doing like 35 40 and you got the green you dont slow down so you kind of whipping it....well i did that and i didnt have my seatbelt on(there 15$ tickets here) so as i come around the corner a traffic homicide cop is slowing for the red and sees my nice honda lol whipping around the corner and no seatbelt so i see him bust a u and im like fuqqqq

so i pull into a food lion parking lot and pull into a space and bust out a ciggerette and he pulls in and drives past me slowly and grillz me lol...i guess he assumed i was gonna get out and go shopping and he kept going...which i thought was semi odd as im just sitting there but whatevs....then he went to leave and i lost sight of his car for .2 sec and when i got up to where his car was he vanished...fucking pos know how to be out quick lol.

So yea i dont condone running....the rush of adrenaline and or nervousness might cause you to make a deadly mistake and trust me at those speeds its deadly.

And on the highway/public roads it isnt fair to the other motorists and to the cops because they do have families and now they have to chase your dumb ass and endanger their own lives.

But i guess humans will be human.
