Coping with stress and relieving stress are sometimes different.
1) If you can't control it, then don't worry about it. That will probably remove 1/2 of it right there. Shit will always happen, and you will always have to deal with it, but sometimes you just have to ignore it.
2) You shouldn't bottle stuff up. You can deal with it in a lot of different ways, but bottling it up is the worst. If something is that bad, you should say something before it builds up that bad. Then it will more likely seem like no big deal.
I would recommend a good workout regimen and a healthy diet. If you run a couple miles a day, and lift your ass off, you will be amazed at how all that stress just goes away.
3) Have a hobby that is completely seperate from work. Working on cars, crossword puzzles, whatever. Just make sure that it is a mental activity, and when you are doing it, work is completely unrelated. That will help thoughts about work from finding their way in.
4) Meditate. You would be amazed at what closing your eyes for 30 seconds, and then breathing in as deeply as you can, holding it for 3 seconds, and then releasing it slowly will do for your stress. Repeat that for 30 seconds to a minute.
Also, just clearing your mind. I have this problem a lot. For me, I just force myself to concentrate on blackness. Anytime a thought pops up, I focus on blackness. That usually helps you fall asleep, and a good nights rest always helps reduce stress.
5) Go pay for a 1/2 hour massage every so often. It seems hokey, but much of our tension is held in our body's muscles, and having them rubbed out usually makes you feel 100% better.
6) Vacation. Block of an amount of time with NO schedule, and no plans. Then just do whatever you feel like doing. It doesn't have to be an exotic desitination, although it can be. This will help you relax, and prevent you from creating new stress over situations that shouldn't be stressful.
Treat at least one day a week as a mini vacation.

Try some type of meditation. Take some timeout whether it be 2 min or 20 min to sit in a quiet place and to listen to your breathing. Breathe in threw your nose and out threw your mouth. Take deep breaths. Make sure to concentrate solely on your breathing. Don't build up stress though, it's unhealthy and it will deteriorate your body if you do not deal with the major stressors in your life. Maybe you should try cognitive therapy. Talk to someone qualified like a doc. They are there to help too. But really try that breathing technique. It sounds kinda dumb, but it will help

Look at why you're stressed... figure out the causes. It's not just "work". There are elements of work that stress you out. You've been doing the job, so you're obviously capable (if you aren't capable, then your parents are dumb for keeping you in the position). Approach each problem individually. Find a way to make each issue less stressful.
As owequitit said, there are things that are just out of your control. If you can't change it, accept it and move on. If you can't change it, it shouldn't cause you stress. It's there. Deal with it. If you CAN change it, do it. Even if it means limiting your exposure (a co-worker that you don't like... just get as far away as possible. You can't remove them, but you can remove yourself.)
Don't look at the whole picture, though... that'll just stress you out more. Attack each individual issue one at a time.
As for the other suggestions... drinking, smoking, sex, etc... they're nothing but ways to run from your problems. You get stressed, you drink... you get stressed, you smoke... next thing you know, your escapes have become problems. What do you do to escape those problems?
Do that stuff to enjoy yourself when you're feeling good.
If you can't fix things enough, talk to your parents. Perhaps they can rearrange things so it's not so hard on it. That, or maybe it's time to leave and find another job. If you're miserable, you won't be doing a good job. It's not in their best interest to have you there if you're starting to crack anyway.
