Yes, the LS2 is the 400HP 6.0 liter.

Maybe you should wait until you can afford one. They are much better built, especially in the interior, and have other distinct advantages.

Of course, if I'm going to put down that kinda money... I'd have to consider the Sky Redline or Solstice GTX... or a Mazdaspeed Miata (I'm sure there's one on the horizon in this generation, if there isn't one already!)

WS6's make my gonads hurt.

LT1's are definitely not as weak as some may think....minor bolt ons put the LT1 in the 300+ whp range.

Or you can do what I plan on doing (in my dreams of course)......buy 2 FD's

1 with an LS6
1 with a 3 rotor........which will be faster?

LS1's are incredible engine. I used to doubt their ability, but now I've fallen prey to the propaganda. I think the Corvette and the Supra are the only 300+hp sports cars that can achieve 30 MPG, highway driving.

I've seen 700+ hp Supras achieve over 30 mpg on the highway. With a turbo that big, you're getting no kind of air moving, which means you're using minimal fuel.

Plus the 6 speed gearing helps a lot.
