In all honesty, you should call her and ask her why she called after so long. But think about this for a second. You are ONLY 16, you have plenty of time ahead of you! if she is wanting more than friends, tell her that you would rather be more into school and your friends, and you guys can stay friends and if things get better then maybe more.

But you dont know what she wanted, so just call her and ask her be like
"hey, why did you call me the other night?"

I was that way for a LONG WHILE when I got my heart broke back in 2000....I really loved the chick...YES, I said LOVE..( it takes a real man to admit what he feels )...

but yeah, I was working for 7-up bottling company working from 4pm to 2am....

one day...I got off early...go to her crib...to find she was fucking her mom's friend..IN HIS VAN... ( saw the van teetering and tottering ...you know when you're fucking in a vehicle )

I didn't trip like I thought I was going to...I just looked in there...saw her fucking him....turned around...got my clothes and some things that I had in her place...and took off.....I was PISSED!!!

I was working my ass off....trying to buy a house at that time...at 20...thinking I had a TRUE woman by my side...and I run smack into what I didn't want to see!
