    Need help with credit...

I'm helping my parents out with their bills and such because they always forget to pay them.

Recently, my parents decided to just pay off all of their bills, because they kept missing the payments. (my mom is very forgetful )

so she has appointed me to keep track and remind her from now own.

now, because shes forgotten a to make a few payments, she had their credit report checked and they have marks against them.

so I wanted to know, how does one go about clearing marks on their credit, even though the bills that have made marks, are fully paid off(the only thing that is not paid off is the mortgage, but we're never late on that)

any one help us out? plz?

    Gracias

I always thought that once you get a black mark on your credit report its on there for a few years no matter what you do.

they are stuck with bad credit for years to come, if you could just clear your missed payments there would no use for credit reports. auto-bill pay.

Well when i wasnt making that much at my previous job as compared to what I make now that shit saved my ass. I was indebt about 20,g's but check this out when you take out loans or charge up creditcards and all that theres a gimmick that they dont tell you. All that shit makes your credit go down .

The rules that they have is like this since you couldnt pay it in full you have to make your worthiness in steady payments. Never pay just the regular amount due always pay slightly over the amount. This pleases the bankers and creditors from fuckin with you by giving you that annual charge or interest fee that they call it. So itll be how much your paying rather than the regular amount that they ask.

Because if your just paying the minimum your just paying off the interest which keeps you stuck paying longer payments kinda like a loop-hole and they like that. You see if you plan on owning a house like me. My parents used to own the house i live in now but they left it to me to hold down so now im kinda feeling the pain sorta and i got my carnote which is small potatoes but it really brung up my creditscore. So when you own a house your more likely to get what you want but its critical that you make payments ontime.

You see when i got the evo the shit was way to costly for what was done to it and the year that it was. And the payments that they where askin a month where beyond reason. I turned back and gave it back to the dealership after i found out due to the evo it lowered my creditscore because i took out a loan for it to get it right away . That can also mess with your payments on the house because thats what all the creditors look for. On the real deal i would have gotten a 2006 evo for the 27,000 i got out of the bank on a loan from M&A motors. Which is the reason i gave the check back and returned the car my creditscore returned to normal.

So when i turned around and brought the srt nothing happened because the loan wasnt too substantial so i paid it all in cash plus its what i wanted. If you really want to get rid of all the bad naming the company is giving when you didnt pay your bills just pay them all if not most of them off. Thats the only way of clearing your rep loan and payment credit history. Your best bet is to call up the collection agency mail them the payments and make sure you keep your reciept as proof that you paid and store it.
