    i made a thread about this a while back and i think every single poster said that this kid got what he deserved (10 years in prison because he got head from a 15 year old when he was 17, nothing forced, and if he'd had sex with her, it would have been a misdemeanor at worst) and of course i disagreed with the dumbasses, but this caught my eye and if not for ESPN pushing the issue, nothing would have been done.

    so, a judge with sense finally said "fuck the laws on the books, we'll fix them as we go along and make the punishment fit the crime" but even then, the kid spent over 2 years in prison and his life has been severely altered because of it.
    ....and on the 7th day, deevergote rested and called his mom.

        I remember this very much because it pissed me off, I was one of the few that said it was a bullshit law, i'm happy he got off but it sad that he had to experience prison for 2 years(caught imagine how fucked up his head is now).

          just a law on the books in GA.

          in alabama, it's still illegal for black and white kids to go to school together, and they refused to change it a few years ago and said "they'd just not enforce it"

              Yeah I was arguing about this in another forum on what a bullshit law this was, he didn't deserve that because he was a minor. People tend to forget when they were young I guess age didn't matter in "Their Years"
