You noobs got it made. EVERYTHING you need/should know is all on a few websites, mostly the pgmfi wiki.

But you won't learn by reading. You may get the concept, but it's no where near close to actually being able to tune.

Best thing to do is to buy yourself equipment and start tuning your stock car. It's nearly impossible to fuck up a stock car, unless you're just a complete idiot and lack common sense.
