So with the pc version can you download objects and put them in the game? Like white players?

I have the 2nd version too. You can download a downgrader patch that will take the blocker off of the game.

For the stutter, i upgraded my ram from 325 mb to 1 gig when i started playing WoW cus I had the same problem and it helped alot. stutters every once in awhile but thats because m pc sucks.

i just went on google and searched "gta:sa downgrader" lol thats it. A bunch of sites should come up saying "gta:sa down grader patch"
