Sucks to see the CB7 go out like that. But honestly...sueing her because your wrist hurts? That's what of the main problems with this country, I could trip over my own piss puddle in a restaurant, and sue them, and get $10,000.

I read it and still agree with Foamy. I feel bad for the accident, I do because I can relate. Someone totaled my 240SX and it was my pride and joy but I'm not sue happy or anything. If everyone was to sue everyone for every mistake than what happens? Everyone makes mistakes. Just don't get your hopes up when you are not able to sue for a wrist injury. Hope everything works out for you.

you guys are like "sueing over a hurt wrist is dumb" and stuff, but think about it, his wrist didn't hurt before she hit him. she caused his car to be destroyed and him to suffer personal injury.

and it's not even this country that started this game. this shit has been going on for thousands of years. She caused him physical harm, and thus should pay for him to be healed and compensate him for his injuries. It's only fair. sure you may think sueing someone for hurting your wrist may be dumb, but if someone hit you and your wrist was hurt, and you had to pay the medical bills, you would sue them also.
