aight i just got to my girls house. typing this on my phone lol.

what happen was i was crossng the intersection in the middle lane while the light was turning yellow. the lady in the black car wascoming from the other direction making a left through the intersection. what im guessing was that she paniced when she say the yellow and started going even though i was already half way through. i tried getting out the way by going to the right lane but she still hit me in my left rear panel.

after that i spun three times and came across the lanes and median. thank god the m3 was there sitting in the left turn lane or i would have hit on coming traffic. every ones ok.

right now im talking to my lawyer who said to get all my receipts for all my upgrades..which i have. and all medicall info. my wrist hurts kinda bad. its stoping my traning for football so we might sue for that. ima try to get as much money from this for my next car. we'll see. for right now i think im out of the cb7 game. im looking into either a bmw 325, 328, 330 ci's...audi a4 1.8t...or an acura rsx type s.

for right now..all i know is that her insurance company is putting 100% of the blaim on her.
