Tear off your door panel I spray it on the rollers and basically everything that has a joint on there to help smooth out the movement. My rails need to be lubed though... my regulator is new. of course, it's a crappy aftermarket unit. I will ALWAYS buy OEM when i replace the rails!

for the window regulator assembly and rollers and such, why not use some UREA grease??
lol thats the greenish grease that comes pre-lubed on the regulators from factory.. lol silicone spray works too.
UREA grease is also good for the shifter/bucket area...F22a1-->F22A-->H22A-->auto-2-5spd-->K20 6spd-->F22C 6spd RWD-->4G63 6spd AWD-->K24 6spd????
