Any problems regarding friction and rubber surfaces, i.e. sticky windows, sticky shift linkages... it will fix them.

Trust me, you will shout expletives such as 'holy shit' and 'jesus christ' when your windows go ALL the way down, your pedals stop creaking and your shift linkage feels like new. I think this may be worthy of 10 DIYs

Yeah, the time-serts are good stuff. Helicoil, on the other hand... not good for sparkplugs.

Lithium grease I heard is great, but I also heard it'll eat any tint you have. In NJ, that's not a problem when dealing with the front windows (it's illegal in the front here), but I'd still prefer something that wouldn't do that!

I used mine on my old rails... but I had no tints. I fucked up the front passenger window with white lithium grease to the point that the tracks were torn up to all hell and coming off the door. On a whim I sprayed it with the silicone lubricant and it worked like I put in new tracks.

I'm contemplating ditching my tints anyway...
