Yeah...I got the permit today. And it's 6 months BTW . Driving is pretty cool. I mean...I've driven in parking lots for the last year...but merging onto a highway is freaky. lol.

But yeah. This was a very cool surprise!

6 months til the licence? waht about if you take drivers ed?

In Connecticut, you have to wait 6 months also, but if you take drivers ed then its 4 months. But a new law says that once you get your licence, you can only drive with ONE parent or driving instructor for the first 3 months, then only ONE immediate family member for the next 3 months, which is pretty ***. It affected me, and ive had my licence for almost 3 months, but i dont pay attention to this shit at all.

Yeah....here in PA you need to have a 6 month period of time with a parental unit in the car before you go and take your licence test. Luckily I took my licence test in a brand new BMW 5 series, so the person was in awe. It's a good thing since I ran a red light

happy b -day bro i just turned 17 9 dayz ago out hea in FL 15 you get your permit and have to wait a year to get your licence but cuz i was messing up in school i couldnt get mine till i turned 16 so now i got 2 more months to get my full licences n start CB7 shopping

In TN you can get your permit when your 15, gotta have it for like 4 months i think...can get your license the day you turn 16, thats what i did...

I think the that driving requirements around here are so low a retarded person could get a license...which explains all the "awesome" drivers in the state.

Well remember with this new power comes an even greater responsibility . Dont mess this up be very cautions if someone wants to drive wreckless just let em go its not worth it. Always watch for other idiots on the road be very aware of your surroundings.

And just because you see the other person inf front of your driving doesnt me they can see u. Dont drink and drive, dont streetrace alot. Just be aware remember think before you act dont risk your future thing you got forward to look to. tinting the windows ,rims,swap gettin head from other broads while you cock the seat back,pickin up chicks for the hell of it banging them too ahh brings back memeories. Okay lemme stop lookin back in the day anyway just drive safely and another thing you never know whos watching so think before you drive crazy.

Yeah. 6 months with my dad in the car. lol. Oh well. We're gonna go around alot tomorrow. See...ever since I bought the Panda I've practiced shifting and stuff in a parking lot...but then the real road came. lol. It was a really fun learning experience. Even after I get my liscence I don't plan on "street-racing". Maybe a few quick highway spurts wit ha friend...but none of this running from cops bull shit. I'm not about to lose the damn thing right after I get it. lol. But yeah...
