It doesn't take much. Cars are simple, for the most part. You don't need to be crazy strong. You don't need to be an engineer. You don't need a penis (it makes a lousy breaker bar anyway). So many girls get offended by people who treat them like they know nothing when it comes to cars... but so many feed the stereotype by doing nothing, or just throwing their hands up helplessly. Strangely enough, those girls are often the first to be vocal about it.

Now, I'm just commenting in general, from what I've seen here and on other forums. Honestly, most of the girls we have here DO know what they're doing. Most of them are dating, married to, or close friends with other members as well. That could contribute to the knowledge and resistance to leghumping.

hey fellow chickies! i've been here since february. not hard to tell from my name, altho i still got called dude by someone lol i had asked in my noob thread if there were any other girls here but only 1-2 replied...

i came from the j-body side, had 2 cavaliers until i found wat i currently own, a white 92 lx GIRL (aka automatic) coupe, and my bf (he just signed up but hasnt posted yet) aka Cdn Wolf just bought a Granada Black Metallic 93 EX BOY (aka 5 spd) sedan. he also comes from the j-body side, a 2000 red cavalier coupe, who is currently sleeping.

current mods include:
-dropzone N1 full coilovers lowered about 4" from stock height
-magnaflow exhaust
-1990-1993 Honda Accord Spoon Bumper Lip Kit
-2 Pioneer 10" subs
-Soundstream 6.5 rear speakers
-Soundstream PCD1500 amp
-Alpine CDA-9833 deck

gonna repaint them a different colour and put em on after winter

well if the keyhole is the only difference i dont see y i would swap it lol can u tell me why for?

i got my coilovers from someone on TAC (torontoaccords.com) for $700 i think, brand new, but didnt come with the keys
not many girls on that forum either, i think i'm the only one...

i'm not too sure on the female ideas lol, the only things left i wanna do are rims and maybe an intake and fix the rust and pull out a dent. and my car is already a girl in which case her name is brat lol had to go thru 2 alarm installs, and 3 amp installs until only the best of brand names sat well with her lol.

my boy had a 98 Z24....them things aren't bad for what they are

2.4 DOHC 150hp!

me personally...Id pull that 2.4 out and slap in the OLD 2.3 DOHC HI OUTPUT that was in the Beretta GTZ ( 190hp )

talk about sleeper!

see..the 1995 Z24 had the 2.3 DOHC..but it was the 160hp one....Id opt for the Beretta GTZ 2.3!

ya i sometimes miss my j-body only cuz i had a 2002 z24 with the ecotec engine. and i am still an active member on www.j-body.com and somewat on j-body.org there is a lot of info on those forums FYI accordgurl
