Oh i'll admit i instigated things a lil bit...but seriously dude I was drunk, drunk for me = arrogant/cocky/wise ass but this was after I was already in cuffs and he said I was goin to detox, so i said f it. I was havin a good time, I was avoidin the guy i didnt like, talkin to the girls ya know...then it jus crashed. It was all my cousins friends, but the cat i didnt like was jus the older brother of one of em.

things didn't need to go to the extreme they did. they shoud've been handled ALOT differently. the police officers should of shown more maturity being as they are the authoritative figures in the situation. I should've been given a breathalyzer, My money shouldn't of been stolen, and I shouldn't of had to walk 100+ blocks back to my car. I shouldn't of been treated the way I was prior to me even really saying anything. I dunno why ya'll think this is my fault, this is the cops bad. Cops in that city are dicks man, its cause they have this stereotype of kids my age and that's how they labeled me. I got f'd, end of story. =)

Once you refused to put down the beer when they first asked you, that was non-compliency and thats why they pushed you outside. Cops recognize who are the drunk ones are who they might feel will not cooperate, therefore, they take measures to stop that individual. By you from the very beginning not complying with them and them perceiving you as drunk and/or disorderly thats why they took you in. I'll repeat it man, the first reaction of not listening to them they targetted you, end of story as far as why you ended up in detox. As far as the money thats a totally different situation, and I hope you get it back.

I have been pulled over a few times, met with cops other ways a few times and no matter what, they have been cool and calm, I either knew i was wrong took the fine and walked off with a "have a good one", or knew i had nothing to worry about and ended the same.

Oh my... Where to begin.. I have to say if a police officer tells you to jump, you jump.. You DONT get smart with him or ignore him. I dont know about where you were on that night but around here every officer carries a tazer, pepper spray, batton, and a gun. All which are tools for them to use depending on how major the offense or how threatened they feel. I know around here officers arent afraid to do what they have to do to get your incoherent ass to comply with what they say.. It is not hard at all..
