nah.. lucio tan usually travels by air.. and we both know why..
i believe the official car of the RP president "1" which happens to be an S-class MB is bomb proof. it was given by MB to the RP govt. on Aquino's or FVR's term and is still in service to date.
it is deffinately recomended to have this kind of a vehicle if you are a public official or just fithy rich in RP.
