well, there's this woman who lives up the street from me, she's ghetto, uneducated and carries herself accordingly. I think she has two kids, one for sure.
About three months ago, my sister lost her skateboard from our side storage room(we live in a condo, so our outside storage rooms are on the side of the units, kinda like apartments, i guess.(our door is really shitty, and you can just kick the door and it opens, even if its locked)
well my sister lost her skate board. it was an expensive Ramones one. really nice. it was girlie (all pink, etc, but Ramones-esque)
around three days later, my sister comes in and tells me "Danny i saw my skate boards, these black kids have it!"
well i go over there, and honestly, these kids (the neighborhood kids, they werent all black, just the neighborhood kids. any way. The smaller black kids had it. I wasnt mean, i wasnt being a hard ass because i was MUCH older and bigger. I approached them,
"Hey, bro. Can I ask where you got that skate board?"
they gave me the fucking run around, until I finally talked to the black kids mom (the neighbor mentioned eariler) She seemed like she just really didnt, for lack of better words, give a shit. She was dismissive about the whole situation, on how her kids were playing with stolen property. We(my parents) kinda let that situation go, because what were we going to do? We got it back, ruined, but she got it back none the less.
now TODAY, my sister runs in, saying "Danny, those black kids that took my skate board called me a dick!"
so i went outside, and saw them walking up the street. (now keep in mind, they cant be older than 11.
They are fairly far up the street. when they turned and saw me with my little sister, they ran.
so i get in my car and make my way up the street. No im not driving erratically, im calm throughout the situation.
So, the kids are infront of their house, and I walk up to them, calm like last time, Approached them with no hostile attitude.
"Hey bro, Hey, You guys know my sister?"
"Huh? Wha? No sir"
"My sister knows you, and your brother, is you mom inside?"
"Uh no. Hey I didnt do anything"
"I'm not accusing you of anything. Is your brother inside?"
"Uh, yeah..."
then his mom opens the door, and says "Look, you need to get the fuck away from my house, and tell your little sister to stop being a little bully. Come out her Darius, you dont need to be afraid of any one."
"Excuse me ma'am?"
"You heard me, your sister's a little bully. I tell you, if some one calls my little boys a name, they gonna call it back"
"What Has my sister told your boys, ma'am?"
"Listen, I dont got to tell you shit. But for your information, she been calling my boys bitches."
"Your boys have told you this? Can I ask your son what my sister has called him"
"No you can't ask my son nothin'!"
"Well, ma'am, can you ask him"
"I aint gotta do shit!"
"Ma'am if my sister is not acting right, i want to get to the bottom of this"
"Listen, my little nieces go to the same school as your sister, and they be sayin' that she's a bully. Now I done told you, I ain't gotta tell you a fuckin thing. You should go talk to you little sister and see what the damn problem is. And bring your momma and your daddy I dont give a shit. We kick they ass"
I just turned around and then she proceeded to say
"Darius, come on out here and play, you ain't gotta be afraid of any one, because he get his ass kicked real fuckin quick!"
What kind of action can I take. Possible legal action? CPS?
And people, please dont think we're racist or anything. because thats not how its comming off. My dad himself is uneducated, from the ghetto, but he has morals. My sister told him what happened with her and my encounter with the mom, and he said he's on his way. and a confrontation between him and any one else in that household is something I want to avoid, I've seen what my dad can do in situations like this, and I dont want him to go to jail again.
