Oh most definitely! I wasn't saying that it's impossible to take those kind of pics...It's actually really easy! All you need is 2 rolling cars, one is the one getting the pics taken, while the other one is for the photographer!

I was just pointing out that PS can turn a 'stand-still' car pic into a rolling shot in less than 5 mins, that's all
