ok i feel like a bit if an idiot right now lol i just rigured out what my whole problem is with my car its my stupid TB gasket lol or lack there of. Well it has one but its onyl a piece of cardboard that i put there till my new one comes in on monday, ive actually had it there since b4 i replaced the f20 planum with the h23 one so i never knew casue b4 i swapped it over the obd2 iacv never worked causing my surgine idle and after it never changed so i thought it coudlnt have been the TB gasket so i didnt ever look to it as the cause 
well now i jsut gotta wait til monday grr then ill slap it on "hoping that what it was that WHOLE TIME!!!!" lol thansk everyone for you input so now when i get it and if it fixes my problem then ill street tun if a bit more to get the idle to run around 14.5 a/f raito then once i get enough dough ill be taking her to the dyon to have her tuned ill also make another video this time with somthign to hold the camera lol thanks agin everyone and thanks to 93accordexcoupes friend whole helped me figure this out
