    i used to be like 140 at 6'1/2" for a long time.. skinny as hell. i took creatine ast summer and worked out - got soo much bigger then wen i stopped i was like a baloon so i knew i would never take it again. worked out decently during the winter and i just recently started a new workout works wonders... i workout for 1 hour TOPS mon-friday... w/ a different muscle group each day and do not work out the same muscle group untill the next week. gotta eat tons of chicken, egg whites and i take protein shake after workout/before bed.... the whole key to getting bigger is lifting max weight.. when i go i warm up my muscle im doin w/ low weight a few sets(rais weight after each) then i'll put my full max and only do 4-6reps of your full (meaning 4-6 reps is the very most ur body can handleon that weight[while keeping smooth structure]) i do 3 sets of 4-6 reps and about 3 different excercises(flat bench, incline, decline, go home), then thats it....
    i do:

    mon- legs
    tues- shoulders/triceps
    wen - back
    thurs - chest
    fri - biceps
    sat/sun - party/relax

    also if you use machines - Stop... i use stricklty free weights for every exercise.. oh and also do not do cardio while ur workin out, try not to do much cardio work at all on workout days.. if u want run one day on weekend but not on workout day.. u get bigger wehn ur body is restin.... well thats about it, if you actually follow this plan for a month u will see results(if your eatin correctly) and dont do none of that atkins shit just eat normal plus many extra protein --- i weigh 165 now w/ lil fat(plus i eat cookies/icecream and muchie out alot) i gained about 20 pounds in a year and the only supplement i take is the basic cheapest protein mix from the health store...
