HAHAHA lmao! That sums it up nicely....ricers by definition aren't the most discerning of individuals....they get almost all their "ideas" from F & F and if its shiny, they're mesmerized. IMHO that's actually a pretty cool spot to put the fire extinguisher, but cool spots are generally also high profile and attract all the wrong kinds of attention. Do you have a tint and/or alarm? That might help.

maybe this question is a little too obvious... but why do you need an extinguisher???

of all problems that can arise, i would have to say blowing up or catching on fire is on the bottom of my list of worries.

and like others stated, i too, didnt know they came in blue. did you buy it that way or paint it?

ok, I see now. the one in my apartment didnt have the hose. I totally forgot that some come with hoses. I would take it off. the hose being tucked into the carpet like that insinuates it goes somewhere. the hose thing makes it look more like a nitrous bottle than anything.

weel, since I have a 15 yr old car and have a swap done to it, and tinkering here and there I would hate to make a mistake and see my car up inflames, Ive seen cars before go up inflames and they could have prevented their whole car from getting totalled if they had a tiny fire extinguisher. and one more reason I have that is I dont know if Ide tolled you guys but I am also a volunteer fireman and we have to have some type of fire exenguishers in our vehicles. and yes I bought it like that from one of our local auctions here intown. I thoughtr it was cooler than the standard fire engine red so I grabed it.

I think that it does kind of look like a sneaky way of hiding a NOS setup.. The hose tucked back under the glove box does kind of make it look like it is hooked up to something. But I have never seen a NOS bottle with all the stickers and labeling that a fire extinguishers have.

Just walk past the "Ricer" Section of your local automotive shop (Napa, Advanced Auto, etc.) There are all kinds of different colored things you can buy any more. Or at least around here there is. Later

you should just mount a nos bottle next to it so people don't steal the fire extinguisher.

                        lol.
