It depends on where/what kind of rice it is.

If its mexican, you know its followed with some type of meat dish. So of course, I use tortillas.

If its white rice, usually only have that when eating "asian", I use chop sticks.

im asian but i prefer to use a fork...i can use all of the above though.

Chopsticks! You can use em on anything haha. You can stab someones eyes out, get fallen parts (ghetto rig some extensions and use them like chopsticks), catch flies, you can do anything! haha.

My wifes asian and her family makes fun of me when i use a fork to eat pho. They say I eat it like spagetti lol.

btw this topic reminds me of the time I had cooked some noodles to eat. but when I finished cooking them I noticed that I had no clean forks/spoons. just knifes. so I ended up using 2 butter knifes like chop sticks.
